Joshua began the practice of law after professionally operating a forklift. His work ethic was forged in the hills of Appalachia, but from there Josh has been driven to travel and succeed. Josh’s former practice consisted of complex civil litigation and commercial disputes, including formation of legal entities for profit and not for profit, intellectual property, professional malpractice business sales, contractual disputes, fraud, employment, and labor law. Prior to that, Josh worked at a preeminent insurance defense firm at its Tampa office, defending national and international insurance companies and their insureds in cases involving professional and legal malpractice, consumer law, employment, intellectual property, and high stakes commercial litigation. Fortunately, Josh now represents the everyday policyholder and fights for your rights every day.
