Mr. Nunnally is a Trial Attorney with the firm practicing in the area of insurance coverage litigation.
Mr. Nunnally received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida here in Tampa. During the time at the University of South Florida, Mr. Nunnally was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, ultimately becoming president of his chapter and is still involved as an alumni volunteer.

Mr. Nunnally then went to and graduated from Stetson University College of Law obtaining his Juris Doctor. During the time at Stetson Law, Mr. Nunnally was a 2L Class Representative on the Student Bar Association, was secretary of the Second Amendment Society, a Student Ambassador, Chief Ambassador, and a Shadow Trial Team Member. Mr. Nunnally was also the recipient of the “Marc. L. Levine Award” at Stetson Law his final year.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nunnally gained valuable trial experience as a criminal trial attorney with the Sixth Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Pinellas County. Mr. Nunnally handled high intensity high case loads in different areas of criminal law gaining invaluable experience in the court room, in depositions, with clients, and in numerous jury and non jury trials.

Mr. Nunnally now uses the skills learned as an Assistant Public Defender to zealously represent clients whose insurance claims have been undervalued or wrongfully denied. Mr. Nunnally is licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
