Mark A. Dombrosky
Mr. Dombrosky is a Supervising Trial Attorney with the firm, specializing in first party insurance coverage disputes and matters involving significant personal injury. Mr. Dombrosky joined the firm after spending more than 20 years working for and defending insurance companies. Beginning his insurance career as a claims adjuster in Brooklyn, New York, he worked his way through the ranks of claims management and has managed litigation for a prominent insurer on a national level.
He has served as defense counsel for numerous insurance companies and was previously a founding partner of a law firm specializing in insurance defense. Mr. Dombrosky has been a guest lecturer on numerous topics including premises liability, wrongful death, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, first-party property claim handling, sinkhole litigation and bad faith.
Mr. Dombrosky has gained valuable experience and knowledge of the litigation strategies and methods employed by insurers, which has made him uniquely qualified to aggressively represent our clients.
Mr. Dombrosky received his Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Maine, where he was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he served on the Student Bar Association and as President of the Environmental Law Forum.
Mr. Dombrosky is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
