Mr. Rhodes is a Trial Attorney with the firm. His practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage litigation. Originally from Houston, Texas, Mr. Rhodes received his undergraduate degree from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. After graduating from The University of Houston, Mr. Rhodes relocated to Florida and obtained his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.
While at St. Thomas, Mr. Rhodes was a member of the Moot Court Board, served as an intern for Judge Rosa Rodriguez of Eleventh Circuit Court, and completed an internship with the Seventeenth Circuit Public Defender’s Office.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rhodes gained valuable experience as a trial attorney with the Ninth Circuit Public Defender’s Office. Immersing himself in all aspects of litigation, Mr. Rhodes has served as trial counsel on more than fifteen criminal felony cases.
Mr. Philip now uses the skills and expertise developed at the Public Defender’s office vigorously represent clients whose insurance claims have been undervalued or wrongfully denied.
