Thomas W. Thompson

As founder and President of the Thompson Trial Group, P.A., Mr. Thompson has dedicated his practice to the representation and advocacy of insurance policyholders in disputes with insurance companies. Currently Mr. Thompson serves as Of Counsel to the law firm Smith & Thompson.
Mr. Thompson is undoubtedly passionate about seeking justice for his clients and protecting all their rights under the applicable insurance policies.
Prior to his insurance practice, Mr. Thompson served as a Judge Advocate General for the United States Army. During his time in the JAG Corps, Mr. Thompson gained valuable trial and litigation experience. He continued his legal career working for insurance defense firms.
Although Mr. Thompson spent years learning the methods of the best defense lawyers, he decided to use his talents to help the people on the other side of the courtroom: the homeowners.
Admitted to Florida Bar, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tennessee Bar, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
